Abilities for fighting crime

The three skills/abilities I'd choose for fighting crime would be invincibility, the ability to control time, and super speed. There are many reasons I chose these three abilities for stopping crime. One reason I would want the ability to control time is so when I have to reach long distances I can freeze the time and use my super speed to quickly make it to the destination. But while time is froze I can solve the problem and make it as if nothing ever happened. Also with the ability to control time anything that I have made a mistake on I can easily go back and rewind what has previously occurred (I doubt a mistake will be made though). A reason that I would want invincibility is so that if something dramatic happens to me like I'm shot or stabbed etc. I can survive because I am invincible. Super speed I just always wished to have this ability because I think I am fast currently and to have the power to reach extreme speeds is something I always wanted. So to have these abilities I would become the most amazing super hero to ever touch the surface of the earth.

Schools the best/worst of times

There's many explanations to why school is the best of times and the worst. A reason school is the best of times is when you get the chance to meet new people and make new friends. At school you can grow a bond with some of the people your there with and maintain a close relationship throughout the course of life. Throughout school some of your classmates will begin to become like family and you'll gain a close connection after being with them so long as will the same feeling come from some of the teachers. Also the time spent at school makes early memories in your life that you won't forget and has memories of road bumps that you hit and never thought you'd recover from but yet you got back up and made it through that situation. But with the good comes the bad. A reason school has the worst of times would be because of all the work that you have to accomplish. Even though the work will help us in the long run it can take away from free time in our lives. Being apart of Lorain County community college as a student we are forced to grow up quicker because we do college work. To be successful we're forced to have lots of homework so the teachers can check our progress in that class through the year. We the students have to constantly be focused and attentive if we plan to make it through this program and do something with our life. Plus we have maintain high GPA's to avoid facing punishment giving us less time to enjoy away from school. School has a major effect on the lives of all who attend but I feel like these are the most important reasons to why school is the best of times but also the worst.

Phone rule

I strongly disagree with the cell phone rule and I dislike it 100%. I feel like one or two people who've made a mistake shouldn't effect everybody. All freshman and sophmore shouldn't have to pay because  one or two peoples behavior. What about those who didn't do anything wrong those that completely followed the rules. Now their getting punished for something they didn't have anything to do with which is absolutely unfair. I think that as young adults we should be trusted with our cellular devices just as the adults, teachers, and all staff are. We are on college campus and have college classes but yet aren't treated like the college students. Yes,I know we've made mistakes and used out cellphones in times we shouldn't everyone has. Almost every teacher I've had has had a moment where they say give me one second I have an emergency and use their phone. The teachers and staff don't care if we have an emergency so we should be treated with the same respect we give them when using our cellphones. Now I know the teachers say if it's an emergency they can contact the office but I've never seen a teacher get a phone call to their classroom phone saying your wife said this tragedy occurred ever in my life. The teachers find out through their cell phones and all I ask for is the same privilege.        

message I would send to a million people

If I had a message I could send to a million people the message I'd send would be that 2k is the greatest game ever created. I think 2k is an excellent game and everyone interested in basketball should play it. When playing it, it gives you the feeling as if your really in the game. The graphics make it feel like your face to face with the player which I think is incredible. My cousin told me one day he took it to work and his boss, for the longest thought he was watching an actual Cavs game. He also said the only reason his boss realized it was a video game was because some of the consistent unusual dunks that continuously happened. But my cousin told me his boss was chanting every time the Cavs would score and that he got very excited and was yelling go James every time LeBron touched the ball. I think that must be a pretty realistic looking game for someone to think he's watching t.v rather than a video game.

After my son turned so did my neighbor. He lost all his trust in me and no longer wanted any kind of association to occur between the two of us. I did all I could to convince him he just never gave me back his trust. I tried to bring up what if it were your child who was infected and you had him caged up in your house. He continuously neglected what I was saying and responded that it's not his child it's mine and that's the end of the discussion. I was stunned as if lighting struck down directly hitting me. I knew that it was now me myself and I against the world, and there wasn't a soul with me. Me and my son used to search and scavenge for food together but without him I must find a way to make a living by myself. Being alone I no longer have anyone to pick me up if I fall or help me when I get in a sophisticated situation.My life, my hands, everything is now up to me. After a while I wondered would times always be like this? Is this it? Will times forever be this way? Then one day I heard screams from next door so I grabbed a weapon and went that way. I kick in the door and see my neighbor on his two knees crying because his son was bitten. I looked him dead in the eye and said your on your own pal and casually walked away.

What comforts me

One of things that really comfort me would be music. I love listening to music because it's like a reliever. when listening to the music, the lyrics speak to me and make me feel like I fit in and I'm not left out because others also experienced some of the things I have. Another thing that comforts me is just relaxing on a nice soft sofa. I have a cousin who had a vibrating pad on his couch in the lower back area and it gives you a nice smooth massage as you lay there. The pad always gave me an energetic feeling and made me feel better. It brought life into me. I don't know what it was but there was something about laying there that right when you got up your mood was just brightened. Also I love to just kick back and watch a football or basketball game on the couch. I like doing this because it gets things going on in the world out my mind and relieves lots of the stress I'm facing at the time. When watching at times I feel like I'm in the game and my mind becomes completely cleared from the problems I'm currently up against. 

name poem

My first name is Keith I am one of the four Keith's in my family. Keith means descending warrior. I like this meaning because I feel like I am a fighter and a warrior. This definition fits with who I am, one who won't give up without a fight. The reason my parents named me Keith was because my fathers name is Keith and he named my oldest brother Keith after him. Then when my second brother was born his middle name was supposed to be Keith and when he got his birth certificate filled out my parents accidentally wrote Keith as his first. So when I came along my parents thought oh well they can't leave me out. Therefore,When I was born I also got the name Keith. My middle name is Deshawn which means god is gracious. The reason I was given my middle name "Deshawn" wasn't really for a specific reason my parents just overall liked the name. But I do very much like my names and wouldn't change them or anything about them because in my opinion their what make me, me. Personally without my name I think I'd be like a person without a thought process, lost but with my name it's how I'm able to find out who I really am.

Best item to own 2,000 years ago

If i were to live 2,000 years ago I think that it would be best for me to own a horse. The reason that I would choose a horse is because I'd prefer to own a horse rather than a cow or a dozen chickens. Sure I'll be able to get eggs or milk but I figured being on a horse I can travel and possibly find a place to trade something for those items or find someone whose willing to make a deal. But without a horse I couldn't travel to find out and have a possibility at doing so. Also I would not want to just sit around in one area all the time or on a small farm with the same few people. I would want to have a way to travel and get around and see the world. I personally feel as though without a horse my life would be to boring being transportation less so this is why I'd prefer to own a horse over a dozen chickens or a cow.

Grossest food

The grossest food that I would say I've ever consumed would be peas. They tastes so terrible that I sometimes get mad when I eat them. Every once and a while after I hadn't had peas for some time I'll try them just to see what I hated so much about them. Then as soon as it touches my tongue the awful tastes connects with my taste budds and I get a deja Vu then I remember oh yeah that's what I hated so much. They tastes so bad I don't understand how anyone can have a plate of peas and smash out like its nothing. I don't know what it is either it's just something about peas that's not right I don't know how they can be so nasty but somehow they just are.

True friend

What I think real friends should do to take care of one another is support each other and the things they do. Although your friend may come up with ideas you disagree with I feel like you should always stick with them and back them up. I'm not saying disagree with them and act like their opinion is always right I'm saying don't make them do things how you want it done they have to live their own life but try to persuade them into what you think is best and the solution they come up with back it up. I also think a true friend should always be there for you during tough times. By being there for you they shouldn't change their personality because of something you did that doesn't even have an effect on them and feel some type of way because you made the decision you wanted to make. Whether you regret it or not a true friend is a friend til the end, and will never let no one or nothing come between the two of you.

What it should cost to rent my school

What I think my school should cost if it were to be rented for the weekend is $1'000 per day. Why I believe it should cost $1'000 a day is because the school is ginormous and you have all of campus to yourself friends and family which has many activities and things to do while here. Even though some may feel as if it's expensive all the other perks make it worth it. One of the things this school has that you can have all to yourself and is my personal favorite is the gymnasium. You can play sports if you want to throw a party it's spacey enough to have lots of people and has plenty other cool things that you can do while there. Another thing this school has that's pretty impressive is a gym for getting in shape purposes. For those who are crazy for working out here would be an awesome place to do it with all different drills you hand right in arms reach. This school has a market place with excellent foods, science labs, a library all that you can ask for. This school has many unique parts to in giving many options on choosing things to do that is why I believe this school should be worth $1,000 per day if one is trying to rent it.

2nd journal post my bucket list

One thing that's on my bucket list that I must do during this lifetime is travel to another continent. I don't have a specific continent that I'd prefer to go to but, I would love to take a tour of every continent. I would like to do this so I can get a better understanding of different cultures. I feel that it's a very high chance I can do this. I would just need the money to afford to travel on the trip. Another thing that I have on my bucket list is to meet and hang out with the president for at least a day. I feel like there is slim to no chance of this happening but always have to have faith and maybe I can experience a day chilling with the president. A third and final thing that I have on my bucket list is to become owner of the Los Angeles lakers or the Cleveland cavaliers. Basketball is my favorite sport and the lakers are my favorite team and I'm from Cleveland so I can't go wrong with either team. I feel as if I strive toward my goals all of the things listed above are within my reach. The ski is the limit.

My number one rule

     A rule that I believe should be set for all to follow would be global wifi. I feel as though all people should be able to access internet from anywhere their located in the world. I think that wifi from all locations can be useful in many ways. One way I think it'd be useful is for those who don't have internet at home they can always have a quick way to access important information and research without having to go to a library or family members home to get information they need. Therefore, they will have no worries of whether the library is open or if this particular family member is home or not. This allows all people to entertain themselves with books and videos, find out facts about people places and more.
